At 60th birthday, Afeez Ipesa-Balogun  gives Scholarships to Students, Lagos A member of the Lagos State House of Assembly, Afeez Ipesa-Balogun, has concluded plans to award 25 scholarships to students in public secondary schools in the state next month to mark his 60th birthday.
