Dikwa: Zulum Shares N175m, Food To 50,000 Vulnerable Persons Borno State Governor, Babagana Umara Zulum, has supervised the palliative distribution of N175m cash and food items for over 50,000 vulnerable residents in Dikwa town of Dikwa Local Government Area.
