Sanwo-Olu announces free delivery in government hospitals, rebate in some drugs Lagos State Governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu on Thursday announced free delivery in all government hospitals across the State. FG plans to restart direct cash transfer to 15m households The Federal Government has made plans to restart the direct cash transfer to the poorest and most vulnerable Nigerians. The federal government projects that 12 million people, households can benefit from these direct payments, in addition to the 3 million Nigerians benefitting from these programmes, due to the sharp rise in the cost of living, bringing the total to about 15 million households.
