NCC restores regulatory services to Globacom after paying N154B debt Mike Adenuga, Chairman, Globacom The Nigerian Communication Commission (NCC) said it has restored regulatory services to Globacom Limited, a telecommunications company after it cleared its outstanding debt of N154 billion. This was made known in a statement signed by the Director, Public Affairs at NCC, Mr Reuben Muoka.
