Banky W, Obanikoro lose as Labour Party wins Eti-Osa Federal Constituency The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has declared Mr Thaddeus Attah of the Labour Party (LP) as the winner of the Eti-Osa Federal Constituency seat in the House of Representatives.
