Heifer Facilitates Access to Finance, Others for Smallholder Tomato Farmers in Badagry Heifer International Nigeria has said that it facilitated access to innovative finance, guaranteed fair market and insurance for smallholder tomato farmers in Dadi Louis and Topo communities in Badagry, Lagos State, Nigeria.
