The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) and the West African Examinations Council (WAEC) have introduced a new arrangement to end repeated charges for the verification of candidates’ West African Senior School Certificate Examination (WASSCE) and other O’Level results. Under the new policy, candidates seeking admission into Nigerian tertiary institutions through JAMB will pay N4,000 once to verify their WAEC results.
