Lagos lowers estate land size to 5,000sqm minimal The Lagos State Government has lowered the minimum land size for estate development from 10,000 sqm to 5,000 sqm. This was disclosed by the Commissioner for Physical Planning and Urban Development, Dr. Oluyinka Olumide, during the maiden Quarterly Media Parley held at the Conference Room of the Ministry in Alausa recently.
