Adron CEO Pledges Support for Nigeria’s Rich Culture, Traditional Rulers
The Founder and Chairman of Adron Homes and Properties Limited, Aare Adetola Emmanuel-King, has reiterated the company’s strong commitment to the preservation of Nigeria’s rich cultural heritage and the continued relevance of traditional institutions in national development.
Aare Emmanuel-King made this known following a landmark courtesy visit to the House of Oduduwa on Tuesday, January 6, 2026, where he was received by His Imperial Majesty, Kabiyesi Arole Oduduwa, Olofin Adimula, the Oonirisa of Ife, Oba Adeyeye Enitan Babatunde Ogunwusi, CFR, Ojaja II.
He emphasised that Adron Homes’ engagement with royal and traditional institutions goes beyond ethnic or regional affiliations, describing traditional rulers across Nigeria as critical stakeholders in fostering unity, stability, and sustainable development.
According to him, the company’s philosophy recognises the sacredness of land and the need for real estate development to align with cultural values, history, and established traditional authorities in every part of the country.
“Development must be rooted in respect for culture and traditional leadership. At Adron Homes, this principle guides our operations not only in the South-West but across all regions of Nigeria,” Aare Emmanuel-King said.

He further disclosed plans for a landmark luxury development, the Orisun White Paradise Resort, a 200-acre estate project in Ile-Ife, aimed at promoting cultural tourism while integrating modern luxury and sustainable design.
