Gospel singer declares 60 days of Sacrifice of Praise from August 3

A gospel singer and minister, Chigozie Wisdom, has announced the sixth edition of the 60 Days Sacrifice of Praise over Nigeria.

According to a statement shared with Society Plus, this year’s edition will run from August 3 to October 1.

The opening ceremony is scheduled to hold at the Chapel of Christ the Light, Alausa, Lagos.

With the theme, “The Siege Is Over: A Nation Gathers in Praise for 60 Days of Hope and Healing”, the statement noted that the programme is positioned as a spiritual response to the cries of a people yearning for divine intervention and national transformation.

It added that beyond music and worship, this year’s edition will include charity initiatives, such as Project 1000 (a feeding programme), as well as medical outreach missions and family empowerment drives, all designed to offer practical support to communities across the country.

On his part, Wisdom said, “This is not just an event; it is an altar, a divine assignment. At the core of this convocation is the belief that praise is a weapon capable of breaking strongholds and shifting atmospheres.”
