Congratulations as Air Peace Airlines  presents Captain Ibironke Rotimi-Olajide, being promoted in a historic moment for aviation in Africa, to the position of Africa’s first female E195-E2 Captain. This happened on November 24th, Friday 2023 in the career of Captaind Rotimi-Olajide.

Captain Rotimi-Olajide, who previously earned acclaim as the first female pilot (Senior First Officer) on the E195 in Africa, has once again shattered the glass ceiling, now assuming command as the first female Commander on the E195 aircraft across the continent. The accomplished pilot had earlier been recognized at the prestigious Women in Aviation Awards in 2021 for her groundbreaking role as the inaugural female pilot on the E195 in Africa.
