The award was presented by organized by Apples Bite Magazine, a leading society and political publication.
Ayo Sogbuyi, a US-based Nigerian, is widely recognised for the role his defunct Ace Weekly. The publication garnered significant attention for its pivotal role in exposing the alleged suspect in the murder of the late Bola Ige, Fryo.
