    Customer Service Week: Glo Reaffirms Commitment to Excellence

    The celebration at Globacom’s Call Centre added colour to this year’s observance, as management and staff came together to honour excellence in customer relations. Sometimes you come and it feels like the world has come to an end, but you still deliver and are able to give services required.
