In a significant move to tackle the housing accessibility gap for Nigeria’s youth, Adron Homes and Properties has officially rolled out a specialized “low-entry” payment plan tailored for young professionals. The initiative, launched as part of the company’s 2026 strategic drive, aims to transition renters into homeowners through highly flexible financial structures. The new scheme allows subscribers to initiate their land or home ownership journey with daily or monthly installments designed to fit entry-level and mid-level professional salaries. Under the “Young Professional” framework, individuals can secure plots in premium estates with daily payments as low as ₦500 to ₦1,000, or monthly commitments starting from ₦22,000. These plans are spread across tenures ranging from 24 to 60 months, providing a significant buffer for those unable to make large upfront payments.
To further incentivize early adoption, the firm is offering discounts of up to 30% to 45% on specific landed properties across its 30+ estates in Lagos, Ogun, Abuja, and Oyo states. The Chairman and CEO of Adron Group, Aare Adetola Emmanuelking, reaffirmed that the focus for 2026 is “availability and affordability,” stating that the company will not relent in providing quality properties that enable Nigerians at home and in the diaspora to become “proud property owners” regardless of their current earning power.
The promotion also includes additional lifestyle incentives, such as “startup kits” and home appliances for those who meet specific initial deposit thresholds, typically starting at ₦25,000 to ₦300,000. This multifaceted approach is intended to empower the next generation of Nigerian landlords to “build legacies and secure the future” while navigating the current inflationary environment.
