Tinubu formulates EET and PECC, strategic move to bolster economy, names members President Bola Tinubu has established the Presidential Economic Coordination Council (PECC) and named Nigerian billionaires Aliko Dangote, Tony Elumelu, Abdulsamad Rabiu and others as members.
