Foundation offers scholarship to indigent pupils in Enugu The Blessed Gift, a Charity Foundation, founded by Gift Okolo, has offered scholarships to five (5) indigent pupils of Community Primary School, Onuogba, Nike in Enugu East Local Government Area.
