Lady Gaga has suggested that her wedding to fiancé Michael Polansky may be approaching, revealing during a recent radio interaction that the couple plans to marry soon.
The pop star made the remark in a voice message played during an iHeartRadio livestream hosted by Bruno Mars on his programme Romantic Radio.
“Hi, Bruno. Me and my fiancé have been travelling all year, but we’re getting married soon,” Gaga said in the message. “We were hoping that maybe you could choose a special song for us.”
Mars immediately recognised the voice and responded warmly to the singer during the broadcast.
“I know that voice. That is my dear friend Lady Gaga,” he said.
Offering a musical suggestion for the couple, Mars recommended a song from his latest album.
“If you’re looking for a song to dedicate to your husband, I would say, off this new album of mine, I would go with Risk It All, track one,” he said. “So I want to dedicate this one to Lady Gaga and her fiancé. Michael, this is for you too.”
Gaga and Polansky have been in a relationship since early 2020. The singer publicly confirmed their romance in February of that year when she made their relationship Instagram official and later described the entrepreneur as “the love of my life.”
The couple confirmed their engagement in July 2024 when Gaga referred to Polansky as her “fiancé” while speaking during an appearance at the 2024 Summer Olympics in Paris.
Polansky has also collaborated professionally with the singer, contributing to her 2025 album Mayhem, where he was credited as a co-writer on seven songs.
Although the couple has not publicly announced a date for the wedding, Polansky previously indicated that they intend to keep the ceremony relatively private.
“We don’t want a really big wedding, but we want to enjoy it,” he told Rolling Stone in November last year. “In a lot of ways, we already feel married, so it’s not like it’s gonna change much.”
