The contemporary fashion brand IFFIZI has announced its first solo fashion show and exhibition, scheduled to take place on February 7, 2026, at the Bouygues Life Camp in Abuja. This milestone event, which marks a significant pillar of the brand’s 10th-anniversary celebrations, will feature the runway debut of the Spring/Summer 2026 collection titled “AFRODISCOQUEENS.”

Designed by Sandra Alonge, the collection is described as a tribute to “Afro-modern elegance” and unapologetic confidence, focusing on bold silhouettes that celebrate African identity and movement.
Beyond the primary runway presentation, the evening will include the reveal of a special Valentine’s capsule collection designed to coincide with the upcoming holiday. This segment of the show is expected to feature a palette of “dazzling” reds and pinks with romantic textures, aimed at capturing the spirit of the season. The event also integrates a curated art exhibition titled “Fashioned Self-Expression,” overseen by Kike Oyewale. The gallery segment will showcase the works of four emerging female Nigerian artists—Kike Oyewale, Sadiq Abimbola Rukayat, Omolosho Olawunmi, and Nwachukwu Ogechi Esther—exploring how memory and inner identity shape outward form.
The brand, which has spent a decade establishing its “Na Shakara” aesthetic—a term used by the label to describe owning one’s presence—is utilizing the Bouygues-hosted venue to transition into a more prominent role within the Nigerian contemporary fashion landscape. Organizers have confirmed that the festivities will extend past the opening night, with a multi-day pop-up event remaining at the BNL Life Camp from February 8 through February 12 for immediate retail access.
The program concludes with a shift to the IFFIZI showroom in Utako from February 13 to 15, where the brand will offer personalized “made-to-measure” sessions and ready-to-wear selections for the public. This collaborative fusion of high fashion and fine art at the Bouygues hub highlights a growing trend of corporate spaces supporting creative community engagement in the capital.
