As the Anambra State governor, Prof Chukwuma Soludo marks his 64th birthday today, the National Chairman of his party, the All Progressives Grand Alliance, APGA, Sly Ezeokenwa, has extolled his outstanding virtues, describing him as a visionary leader, trail blazer, and one with unwavering commitment to fiscal responsibility and transparency.
