OONI VISITS WARM SPRING, PRAISES OYEBANJI FOR TOURISM AND AGRIC DEVELOPMENT
Governor Biodun Oyebanji on Saturday paid a visit to the Ooni of Ife, Ooni Adeyeye Enitan Ogunwusi at the Warm Spring Resort, Ikogosi- Ekiti.
The Governor was accompanied on the visit by Senator Yemi Adaramodu, MHR Akintunde Rotimi, and Commissioner for Budget, Niyi Adebayo, among others.
Also present during the visit were the Chairman, Cavista Holdings, Ltd, John Olajide and some directors of the company as well as the Ajero of Ijero Ekiti, HRM Oba Adebayo Adewole.
HE BAO spent some quality time with the Ooni, who lodged at the Warm Spring during his visit to the state.
The foremost Yoruba monarch commended Governor Oyebanji for his administration’s huge investments in tourism development and agribusiness, especially for getting Ekiti youths to embrace agriculture.
He also scored Ikogosi Warm Spring Resort high on international standard maintenance and for the ambience of the environment.
He described agriculture and tourism as two major areas that would enhance economic development of Ekiti State.
