The South African Construction Awards 2024 promises to be an industry cogent moment celebrating 17 years of EXCELLENCE, INNOVATION & ADVANCEMENT.
Hosted by Hon. Mamoloko Kubayi , Minister for Human Settlements tasked to deliver homes to South African citizens. Since 1994 to 2024 with the Country marking 30 years of democratic independence, almost 5 million houses have been delivered through the Reconstruction and Development Program (RDP) giving homes to about 4.5million citizens.

The Country has come a long way in providing not only houses but also about 1.1 million serviced sites which are pieces of land with access to water, sanitation and electricity.
