Tinubu expresses delight with cash equivalent to 100000 USD, houses, national honour on Super Falcons

President Bola Tinubu on Monday rained cash, housegifts, and conferred national honour on Nigeria’s senior female football team, the Super Falcons.

He did this at the presidential reception organised in Abuja for the Falcons who won the Women African Cup of Nations which held in Morocco.

The President said his administration was giving each of the players the naira equivalent of 100,000 USD while the team officials would each get the naira equivalent of N50,000 USD.

Each member of the team was also given a three-bedroom apartment within the Renewed Hope Estate in Abuja.

The President conferred the honour of the Officer of the Order of Niger (OON) on both the players and the the team officials.
