In a bid to establish Nigeria as a globally renowned center and hub of technology and innovation, the National Information Technology Development Agency (NITDA) is driving digital transformation, partnerships, productivity, and national development. This endeavor is pivotal to promoting economic diversification and increasing productivity, especially among the country’s youthful population.
Through collaborations with technological hubs, educational institutions, and industry stakeholders, NITDA is laying the groundwork for a thriving digital economy. According to CWAI’s Executive Secretary, Omoba Kenneth Aigbegbele, “NITDA’s initiatives will improve economic productivity, increase skills and knowledge, and enhance employability, ultimately driving Nigeria’s economic growth and global competitiveness.”
