Rema is back to Benin for his homecoming concert

The concert, which will take place at the Samuel Ogbemudia Stadium, on August 30th was first announced by the Ozeba crooner in July.

Afrobeats sensation Divine Ikubor, also known as Rema, has arrived his hometown of Benin, Edo state, ahead of his highly anticipated homecoming concert.

His record label, Mavin, on Tuesday, shared a video of his arrival on X.com, captioned “Benin, your illustrious son; The Prince of Afrobeats – Rema is Home!”

This is coming after Governor Obaseki’s previous attempt to host Rema in December 2023 was cancelled due to health concerns.
