Nollywood actress Wumi Toriola has made history with her latest film ‘Queen Lateefah’, which has quickly become one of the highest-grossing Nollywood films of all time.
Since its release in September, the film has grossed an impressive 350 million Naira in just two months, surpassing Toyin Abraham’s ‘Malaika’, which earned 302 million Naira.
This remarkable achievement places Queen Lateefah among the top 7 highest-grossing Nollywood films, making Toriola a standout figure in the industry. The film is now poised to challenge the records set by Funke Akindele with her blockbuster films: A Tribe Called Judah, Battle On Buka Street, and Omo Ghetto: The Saga.
