Ojo-Ede (OMO) Foundation today marked its 5th anniversary, celebrating a legacy of empowering communities through sustainable development initiatives. To commemorate this milestone, the Foundation commissioned three borehole projects, reinforcing its commitment to improving lives through access to clean water.

Founded on October 25, 2019, the OMO Foundation has been dedicated to breaking barriers and building bridges by delivering humanitarian aid and empowering individuals to thrive. From education to healthcare and community development, the Foundation has consistently championed sustainable growth aligned with the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

Speaking at the event, Dr. Oritsegbegbemi Maurice Ojo-Ede, Founder of the OMO Foundation, emphasized the significance of the Foundation’s mission. “Our vision has always been to foster growth, create pathways for independence, and promote unity and understanding in communitiesnacross the country. As we celebrate this milestone, we reflect on the lives we have touched and the impact we have made together,” he stated.

The Chairman of Warri North Local Government Area, Hon. Festus Ashima, commended the Foundation for its dedication to community development, particularly in providing access to clean water. “The OMO Foundation has set an excellent example of how organizations can partner with local communities to address critical challenges. These borehole projects are a lifeline for our people, and we are grateful for this transformative initiative,” he said.

    Delta State PDP Chairman, Hon.
