Anyaduba Pens Tributes To Trudeau Says His Cultural Inclusivity, Outstanding
As the Leader of the Liberal Party and the outgoing Prime Minister of Canada, Justin Trudeau tenure in office comes to an end, the Founder and Convener Crossroads of Culture Festival Flavour of Nigeria Festival, Chukwuebuka Anyaduba said Trudeau’s commitment in championing an all inclusive Canada, and standing for Nigerians remain one of his many outstanding legacies .
Trudeau had in January 2025 after a decade in office announced his resignation pending when his Liberal Party would announce a new Prime Minister and donated that :the country deserves a real choice’.
Recall that in 2024, Justin Trudeau had graced the flavours of Nigeria Festival event held in Brampton Ontario and his government supported diversity of cultures creating strong bonds amongst nations.
Anyaduba in a goodwill message to the outgoing Prime Minister also expressed the Crossroad of Culture Festival
Flavours of Nigeria gratitude for his unwavering commitment to cultural diversity.
In a message Anyaduba stated, ” Today as you step down as the Leader of the Liberal Party and Prime Minister of Canada, on behalf of the entire team at Crossroads of Culture Festival, we extend our deepest gratitude for your unwavering support of the Nigerian community in Canada. Your commitment to diversity, inclusion, and cultural exchange has left a lasting impact on so many of us.
“You made history as the first Canadian Prime Minister to attend a Nigerian event; the Flavours of Nigeria Festival held in Brampton, Aug 2024, a moment that will forever be etched in our hearts. Your presence was more than symbolic; it was a powerful statement of unity, respect, and a bridge between Nigeria and Canada.
“For us, the organizers, your attendance was life-changing, opening new doors for collaboration and strengthening the bonds of cultural diversity between both Nations.
“As you embark on your next chapter, We wish you success and fulfillment in all your future endeavors.
