Ijakumo, Toyin Abraham’s Film, Makes Its Netflix Debut
Nollywood actress, Toyin Abraham-Ajeyemi is ecstatic as her latest movie production, Ijakumo, is set to feature on Netflix later this month.
She announced this via her verified Instagram page on Sunday.
“Get ready fam. Oya pls subscribe your Netflix cos The born again stripper (IJAKUMO) is coming to scatter Netflix”, she wrote to the delight of her fans.
The film is expected to gross more than the Nigeria Box Office’s total of ₦278,496,384.
Ijakumo tells the story of a pastor who leads a secret life and falls for an exotic dancer in his church, unaware that it’s all part of an ex-lover’s scheme to destroy him.
It is a 2022 suspense thriller directed by Toyin Abraham that premiered in theatres on December 23, 2022. But will now show on Netflix from June 23, 2023.
This month, a flood of films, TV shows, and shows, including Obara’M and Yahoo+, will be available on the streaming site.
