INEC declares Uzodinma winner of Imo election The Independent National Electoral Commission has declared Hope Uzodinma as the winner of the Governorship election held on Saturday in Imo State. Professor Abayomi Fasina, the Retuning Officer of INEC made the declaration on Sunday in Owerri.
