Kebbi Makes Genotype, Blood Group Test Prerequisites for Intending Couple The Kebbi State House of Assembly has passed the Pre-Marital Medical Examination Bill 2025, making medical screening mandatory for all intending couples in the state. The bill, presented by the House Committee on Health, was passed after undergoing the first, second, and third readings and was formally adopted by Speaker Muhammad Usman. FG’ll release 2024 budget performance report September The Federal Government has said that the full-year 2024 Budget Performance Report will be published by the end of September.
