NIS goes hard after foreigners with expired visas The Nigeria Immigration Service has said it had begun a nationwide crackdown on foreign nationals who have overstayed their visas or breached entry conditions, following the expiration of a three-month amnesty granted by the Federal Government. Akinsola Akinlabi, the spokesperson of NIS announced the move in a statement late Tuesday.
