In a tightly contested category bursting with talent, she triumphed over a powerhouse lineup that included Gbubemi Ejeye (Farmer’s Bride), Uzoamaka Onuoha (Agemo), Uche Montana (Thin Line), Uzoamaka Aniunoh (Phoenix Fury), Hilda Dokubo (Wives on Strike 3), and Bimbo Ademoye (Anikulapo: Rise of the Spectre).
Chukwuka, born on March 12, 1980, in Lagos State, Nigeria, is a celebrated Nollywood actress, producer, and director.
Hailing from Oraifite in Anambra State, she earned a degree in Banking and Finance from Lagos State University.
Chukwuka began her acting career in 2000 with the film “The Apple” and has since featured in over 350 movies, including notable titles like “Sins of the Flesh,” “On Bended Knees,” and “Wives on Strike.”
Her exceptional performance in “Sins of the Flesh” earned her the Africa Movie Academy Award for Best Actress in a Leading Role in 2007.
