Dr. Ademola Ayodele At 60, Celebrates His Birthday By Offering N120m Free Fertility Treatments To Childless Couples
A consultant gynaecologist and obstetrician, Dr. Ademola Ayodele, is celebrating his 60th birthday in a unique way.
The Medical Director of The StrongTower Specialist Hospital and Fertility Centre, Lagos, recently came out to announce that he is offering a N120m free fertility treatment as a give-back initiative.
Speaking during his birth celebration recently held in Lagos State, Dr. Ademola revealed that the gesture is his own way of making fertility treatments more accessible and affordable to both men and women across the state.
According to him, because the happiness in several marriages across Africa is mostly tied to the fruit of the woman’s womb, more must be done to ensure fertility issues are addressed as soon as possible.
He disclosed that as he appreciates God for being his shield and saviour over the years, in the next six months, he’ll offer free Intrauterine Insemination treatments to sixty patients and a 50 per cent discount on InVitro Fertilisation for sixty more patients.
“As a token of gratitude, I am offering free Intrauterine Insemination treatments to 60 patients and a 50 per cent discount on InVitro Fertilisation for another 60 patients over the next six months. This is a seed of hope, a gift of love, and a possibility offered in thanksgiving to God, who has done exceedingly more than I could ever ask or imagine,” he said.
During his presentation themed, “Be Fruitful And Multiply,” the Ekiti-born gynaecologist said that many couples battle infertility due to being ignorant, careless, or poor, and with the right education, information, and medical personnel, conception can happen seamlessly.
He mentioned viable egg, healthy sperm, clear passage/route, and a functional womb as the key factors needed for a couple to conceive, while urging aspiring parents to avoid turning to quack doctors as they desperately search for children.
Dr. Ademola Ayodele maintained that proper tests, quality counselling, timely sexual intercourse, hormonal support, IUI, IVF, surrogacy, and uterine transplants are all credible routes to successfully tackle infertility, and affected couples only have to seek one of these solutions to finally birth their own kids.
Applauding this amazing gesture by her father, Dr. Ayodele Favour simply added that her dad is a great man who is very committed to putting smiles on the faces of couples struggling with conception.
