On August 30th, Matli was honored with the 2025 AWAA 100 Women Achievers Award and the Icon of Africa for Economic Enhancement by the Mayorkings Charity Foundation at the prestigious Red Carpet AWAA 2025 Awards held in Sandton, Africa’s richest square mile.

Earlier that day, Matli received the Real Women of the Vaal RWOV 2025 Business Excellence Award at a glamorous red-carpet event hosted by House of Sarah at the Meriting Events Centre in southern Johannesburg. This prestigious event celebrated House of Sarah’s 25th anniversary, marking a significant milestone for the bespoke boutique.
