The Governor of Akwa Ibom State, Pastor Umo Eno, has shown his warm appreciation to the General Superintendent of Deeper Christian Life Ministries, Pastor (Dr) William Folorunsho Kumuyi, and his wife, Esther, for visiting the state and proclaiming the good news of salvation to the people of the South-South of Nigeria.
He praised Kumuyi for declaring over Akwa Ibom State and, indeed, Nigeria that God reigns supreme.
Pastor Eno, yesterday, graced the sixth-day crusade held in Uyo, Akwa Ibom State, with his deputy, members of the National Assembly, former and serving, and other government functionaries.
He noted that their presence was a privilege, adding that he was happy to stand before the congregation and welcome every participant to Akwa Ibom State.
The governor said: “I understand that you have been here from January 28, 2026, and I’m sure you had a good time. And I’m sure the hand of God has touched us for good.
We are particularly thankful to our Daddy and Mummy, who have chosen to be here with us. Daddy, we celebrate you and Mummy because you bring us good news, good tidings, and good news of salvation because you declared over Akwa Ibom State and Nigeria that our God reigns. We trust God that the remnant of this visit will remain with us and the blessings will continue to expand. We trust God that He will continue to prosper us as a country, as a people, and as a state.”
