FasterCapital, Careers Verified partner to strengthen career expansion drive
FasterCapital is in partnership with Careers Verified Limited through the EquityPilot programme to accelerate Careers Verified’s expansion across Africa.
In a statement, it was noted that this would be done by combining the startup’s HR outsourcing and resourcing expertise with FasterCapital’s global acceleration and capital-raising capabilities.
It stated, “The collaboration begins immediately, targeting enterprise clients across oil & gas, finance, telecom, healthcare and FMCG.
“Africa’s formal hiring market is expanding rapidly, with talent shortages, high recruitment costs and weak assessment frameworks limiting productivity across sectors. Employers face uneven access to pre-screened executives and scalable recruitment-process outsourcing.”
According to the statement, Careers Verified addresses this white space by focusing on quality candidate pools, rigorous assessment and flexible outsourcing to reduce hiring cycle time and personnel risk, positioning the company against fragmented local recruiters and distant global RPO providers.
