The General Overseer of Mountain of Fire and Miracles Ministries, Dr. Daniel Olukoya, has urged believers worldwide to strengthen their connection with God as the ultimate strategy for navigating the challenges of 2025.

Speaking during the church’s inter-denominational Cross Over/Prosperity Night at Prayer City, Lagos-Ibadan Expressway, Olukoya declared 2025 as a year of restoration and divine intervention.
The cleric emphasised the necessity of “targeted prayers” and spiritual discernment. He explained that individuals must seek to see life through God’s perspective to conquer the unique challenges the year presents.
The General Overseer highlighted that 2025 would offer significant breakthroughs, particularly in marital success and the fruit of the womb. He also shared an optimistic outlook for Nigeria and the global community, prophesying the emergence of transformative leaders who will usher in positive change.
While declaring it a year of restoration, Olukoya issued a stern warning to promiscuous men engaging in adultery, cautioning them against the influence of “marine agents” sent to capture souls.
The prophetic message also included warnings about impending challenges. Olukoya harped on strange economic and political turbulence, massive floods, and other weather disturbances, urging believers to intensify their prayers to counter these adversities.

He said, “The ultimate solution to live the year 2025 successfully is to connect to God’s power, you must know God personally this year and ensure your spiritual eyes are open to see things from God’s perspectives, the way God is seeing it.
“You must have God’s power to conquer strong enemies this year because the only thing enemies respect is God’s power. You cannot afford to be ignorant this year. Also, you need targeted prayers according to the Bible – the word of God – this year.
“2025 is a year of strange battle where the crooked wants to attack the straight, a year where the oppressed will fight the free, a year where the empty wants to empty the full, and where the thief wants to fight the owner.
“However, note that this year God will scatter the plans of the enemies with divine interruption. For us in the MFM, this is our year of power and undeniable victories.”
