Adron Homes Bags NBCC Award, Reaffirms Commitment To Affordable Housing At 2026 Economic Outlook
Adron Homes and Properties Limited has reinforced its position as a leading force in Nigeria’s real estate industry after receiving a prestigious recognition from the Nigerian British Chamber of Commerce (NBCC) at the 2026 NBCC Economic Outlook event.
The high-profile gathering, held on Thursday, January 22, 2026, at the NBCC Plaza on Olubunmi Owa Street, Lekki Phase 1, Lagos, brought together policymakers, business leaders, and industry stakeholders to examine Nigeria’s economic trajectory while celebrating exemplary corporate achievements.
The award presentation to Adron Homes was one of the major highlights of the event, reflecting the company’s sustained contributions to housing delivery, affordability, and economic development. The honour further strengthens Adron Homes’ reputation as a trusted real estate brand serving Nigerians at home and in the diaspora.
“An Appreciation of Our Consistency and Excellence” — Ajobo
Speaking after receiving the award, Group Managing Director of Adron Homes and Properties, Mrs. Adenike Ajobo, expressed appreciation to the NBCC, describing the recognition as a validation of the company’s long-standing values.
“We are happy. It’s just one of those things,” she said. “Adron Homes and Properties is not a stranger to Nigerians, both at home and in the diaspora. We are known for excellent performance, and this award is simply an appreciation of the work we have consistently done. I sincerely thank the NBCC for recognising good works.”
Mrs. Ajobo noted that excellence is embedded in the company’s culture and operations.
“Doing well is part of us; it’s our trademark. It’s in our DNA. When it comes to Adron Homes and Properties, we must do well. That is the promise we made to our clients, landowners, and homeowners, and we keep those promises. We won’t go back; we can only do more.”
Addressing concerns over rising property prices in the real estate market, Mrs. Ajobo reiterated that affordability remains central to Adron Homes’ mission.
“Affordability is our core value. The Adron everyone talks about today is about affordability. We are dependable, reliable, and we offer properties at affordable rates,” she said. “One of our strengths is action—doing things now. That is what Adron represents.”
She assured Nigerians that the company remains committed to making land and home ownership accessible across different income brackets through flexible property solutions and infrastructure development.
On government expectations, Mrs. Ajobo called for enabling and growth-friendly policies in the housing sector.
“All we need from the government is support through policy-making,” she said. “When policies are enacted, they should remember there is a brand positioned to support the housing needs of the masses. Policies that support our growth, production, and activities are all we ask. We have always supported government, and we will continue to do so.”
Mrs. Ajobo concluded with a message of reassurance to Adron Homes’ clients.
She said, “I encourage our clients to keep trusting us. We are here for them always. We are positioned to deliver affordable solutions in land, housing, shelter, infrastructure, agriculture, and more. We will not fail them.”
Unveiling the company’s 2026 vision themed “Breaking New Grounds,” she disclosed plans for aggressive expansion through new estates, terraces, and innovative real estate products nationwide.
“We are positioned to break new grounds—new estates, new products, everywhere. We love our clients, and we won’t let them down,” she said.
The event also featured insightful discussions on Nigeria’s economic prospects. NBCC President, Prince Bimbo Olasore, highlighted positive indicators such as exchange rate reforms, subsidy adjustments, easing inflation, and moderating interest rates, stressing the need for sustainability and household-level impact.
Similarly, Chairman of the Programmes Committee, Mr. Tajudeen, emphasized the importance of interest rates as a key determinant of productivity and growth, particularly as the country approaches a pre-election period.
As the event concluded, Adron Homes and Properties stood out not only as an award recipient but as a symbol of resilience, trust, and innovation in Nigeria’s real estate sector, poised to deepen its impact in 2026 and beyond.
