Paga Group, one of Africa’s payments and financial services companies, has launched Doroki, a new retail business management platform aimed at helping large-scale, small, and medium-sized enterprises streamline operations, reduce inefficiencies, and accelerate growth.
The launch event in Lagos on Thursday brought together Doroki’s merchant clients and industry leaders to witness the unveiling of what the company described as a revolutionary solution for retail business management in Africa.
The General Manager of Doroki, Arike Okunowo, said the platform consolidates order management, inventory tracking, payments, and customer engagement into a single, user-friendly interface.
“Whether running a restaurant, retail store, or a distribution network, businesses can now eliminate the hassle of juggling multiple apps and focus on what truly matters: growth,” he said in a statement.
The Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Paga Group, Tayo Oviosu, said Doroki was developed to address the challenges many SMEs face in managing their daily operations.

Doroki offers a suite of features designed to simplify and enhance business operations. The company said the platform supports cash, card, and mobile payments via Paga and enables businesses to track stock levels, set low-stock alerts, and manage suppliers in real time. It also supports offline transactions, allowing business continuity in areas with unreliable internet.
Doroki is now available to businesses nationwide. Interested users can download the app from the Android Play Store. Paga said the launch of Doroki aligns with its mission to build infrastructure that powers Africa’s growing middle class and provides seamless access to global trade.
