2025 TAMPAN National Conference to hold in Lagos
The Theatre Arts and Motion Pictures Practitioners Association of Nigeria (TAMPAN) Global, under the dynamic leadership of Otunba Bolaji Amusan, popularly known as Mr. Latin, has announced its highly anticipated 2025 National Conference. The four-day event, scheduled to take place from February 19-22, 2025, will showcase the vibrant cultural heritage and professional development of Nigeria’s film industry across multiple prestigious venues in Lagos.
The conference will kick off on February 19 at the iconic LTV 8 Blue Roof, where members will participate in accreditation processes, attend industry seminars, and witness a prestigious awards ceremony celebrating outstanding contributions to the Nigerian film industry.
Day two promises to be particularly memorable with a morning peace walk through Lagos streets, highlighting TAMPAN’s commitment to social harmony. The highlight of the day will be an exclusive session with Lagos State Governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu, followed by a glamorous gala night at the Victoria Garden Hall, Ikeja, opposite Protea Hotel.
The third day will see participants converging at the prestigious Ade Ajayi Hall, University of Lagos, Akoka, for professional development seminars and an exciting interstate drama competition, showcasing the best theatrical talents from across Nigeria.
The conference will conclude on February 22 at the Tayo Aderinokun Hall, UNILAG, with the national general meeting and a special winners’ ceremony, celebrating the outstanding performances from the drama competition.
