Nollywood actress Adebimpe Oyebade, popularly known as Mo Bimpe, has written an appreciation message following what she described as her best birthday celebration yet.
The actress, married to fellow Nollywood star Lateef Adedimeji, celebrated her birthday on Sunday with an outpouring of love from fans, friends, and colleagues.
Taking to her Instagram page, Mo Bimpe expressed gratitude to God for his guidance and the blessings she has received this year.
In her appreciation post, she reflected on the immense joy and good news that marked the occasion, noting how she exceeded her goals and expectations. Among her recent achievements, Mo Bimpe proudly highlighted her nomination for the Africa Magic Viewers’ Choice Awards (AMVCA) for her film Lisabi.
“I wished for a birthday than last year, but what did I get? The BEST birthday ever!” she wrote. “This year came with so much joy and good news, I can’t even begin to say it all! Was it the ‘hitting my targets and exceeding my expectations?’ Or the overwhelming love and sweetness from y’all? The posts, the prayers, the gifts, the calls, the LOVE! The Ramadan Lecture! And yes, the AMVCA NOMINATIONS and so much more.”
She also expressed her deep appreciation to fans for their unwavering support, acknowledging the overwhelming display of affection she experienced. Despite the celebrations winding down, Mo Bimpe playfully reminded her followers that her birthday month is far from over and urged them to continue voting for Lisabi in the Best Indigenous Language category at the AMVCAs.
