MFM reaches out, donates cash gifts to members

Mountain of Fire and Miracles Ministries, Festac Mega Axis Headquarters, has donated N250,000 each to 28 church members on Easter Sunday.

Beneficiaries of the gifts include pastors and ministers’ and church workers’ wives, and widows, and the church will give a N40,000 cash gift each to 12 brilliant students who are indigent to support their academics.

Also, it will distribute free four kilos of Rice to 300 individuals and families to cushion the effect of hunger in the land.

Speaking about the event, the Mega Regional Overseer, Pastor Irabor Enojiasun, said the church was aligning with the passion of the church’s General Overseer, Daniel Olukoya in ensuring that souls were not only won for Christ through spiritual programmes, but also supported in practical ways.

Enojiasun noted that the projects were part of the Explosive Evangelism Initiative of the general overseer, aimed at winning souls for Christ.

He said, “Financial empowerment given to the pastors, ministers and church workers’ wives, first of its kind, is to make them financially independent and to put food on their tables.”

Others Pastor Modesola Enojiasun, Chairman MRO Empowerment Committee, Mark Tokula and executive member of the MRO committee, Funke Nwobu, said the church had embarked on several Corporate Social Responsibility programmes to make life better for members of the church as well as the host communities.
