National president, Association of Movie Producers, Amb. Dr Queen Blessing Ebigieson and Associates visit the Nigerian High Commission, London
25th of July 2023, the National president, Association of Movie Producers, Amb. Dr Queen Blessing Ebigieson, Famous Otakponmwen, Victoria Inyama and Queen Atud went on a courtesy visit to the Nigeria High Commission, London.
We were warmly received by the Nigeria High Commissioner to the United Kingdom, His Excellency Sarafa Tunji Isola and Bukar Alkali Abdulsalam, the Minister/Head Information Culture and Sports.
We discussed the way forward for Nollywood and the government role in engaging the Creative Industry to foster a better collaboration.
The High Commissioner also appreciated and commended Nollywood producers for putting Nigeria on the global map. He expressed the willingness of the Commission to partner with the Association of Movie Producers as the premiere association in Nollywood.
