Solaire Logistics Director James Adeyemi bags honorary Doctorate degree

The Board of Trustees of the Institute of Leadership Manpower and Management Development (ILMMD) has recently honoured Ayokunle James Adeyemi with Distinguished Fellow Award and honorary Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D) in Global Leadership and Corporate Governance.
This is in recognition of his contribution to leadership, management and manpower development.
The ILMMD is an Affiliated to Institute of Leadership Manpower and Management Development in England and Wales.
The investiture and induction event which was the 24th induction and investiture ceremony, took place on Saturday, October 14, 2023, at Best Western Hotel, Ahmadu Bello Way, Victoria Island, Lagos.
At the event, Dr Adeyemi was charged by the board with other inducted distinguished fellows and inductees to imbibe the traits of leadership in all ramifications, while reminding the audience that the Pan-African institute is a prestige body for professional and development practitioners.

Speaking, Dr. Adeyemi said a true leader must be an exemplary one in an organization and in the society at large.
He said the institute is positioned in such a way that it must be reckoned with in Africa in the few years time.
Dr. Adeyemi commended the institute for shaping the lives of distinguished fellows and its impact in developing leaders through various leadership training in Africa.
The awardee, who is from Yagba West, Kogi State is also a Fellow with the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Supply Chain Management, full member of the International Academy of Project Management, member, Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply-UK and a Director in Solaire Logistics and Supply Chain Ltd.
