Tech: Heirs Technologies to Drive Digital Transformation with IT Services Delivery

Heirs Technologies, which has core values for excellence, enterprise and execution, is set to address the Business-to-Business (B2B) segment of organisations’ operations with its Information Technology (IT) services delivery that will enable organisations to focus more on their core business.

The technology service delivery company said it has three core areas, through which it would support organisations for profitability and growth in today’s digital era. It listed the three core areas to include IT Consulting, Managed Services and Business Process Outsourcing.

Announcing its readiness to provide IT services to organisations at a press conference in Lagos on Wednesday, the MD/CEO of Heirs Technologies, Mr. Obong Idiong, said through its IT Services delivery, Heirs Technologies would empower Africa’s digital transformation through innovative and locally tailored solutions. According to him, Heirs Technologies has multiple strategies to achieve its implementation goals.

“We are partnering with foreign technology solution providers like Infosys, Daon, Microsoft, Huawei, Cisco, HP, Dell, Oracle, among others to bring emerging technology solutions to Nigeria and loacalise them in such a way that will help organisations in Nigeria and other African countries to address identified local challenges,” Idiong said.

Addressing Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) as its core area of service delivery, Executive Director at Heirs Technologies, Mr. Anant Rao, said the company would be providing IT BPO services involving a range of technology-based solutions to clients that would enable organisations to focus on their core business functions, while leveraging specialised experts and resources. The BPO services, according to him, involves IT talent outsourcing, Solutions delivery team, Business process optimization, and Technical support services. He said Heirs Technologies has all it takes to deliver IT Managed services and BPO services to organisations, amid growing competition of IT services providers in Nigeria.

Chairman, Heirs Technologies, Dr. Fumbi Chima, who spoke passionately about the company’s i-Academy, said the academy remained Heirs Technologies’ training institute, dedicated to enhancing technical proficiency across the Group companies and external recruits, designed to build talent pipeline of resources committed to rendering exceptional service delivery for its three business lines- OEM Support, Business Process Outsourcing and Managed Services that would enable it achieve its revenue targets.
