Special Adviser to Delta Governor on Community Development, Amb. Dr. Toyin Agbolayah JP, has reaffirmed Governor Sheriff Oborevwori’s administration had undoubtedly worked hard and remains focused on advancing all sectors of development across all communities in the state.
Agbolayah stated this on Wednesday in Asaba, while congratulating the state Governor, Rt Hon Sheriff Oborevwori on his two years anniversary in office as Governor of Delta State on May 29, 2025.
He noted that the state government was committed to giving Deltans a good standard of living that they truly deserved as citizens of the state, stressing that under Governor Sheriff Oborevwori’s watch, deltans are gradually noticing as well as feeling and benefitting the democratic dividends of the Governor’s MORE agenda.
According to the Special Adviser, “our men, women and youths had benefited immensely from the Governor Sheriff Oborevwori’s led administration in the past two years.
“You will agree with me that Governor Oborevwori is very ready and focused on delivering to its fullest the oat of office he took two year ago, which is to do ‘MORE’ for Delta by ‘ADVANCING’ all sectors of development in the state.
“Very importantly, Governor Oborevwori, for the past two years had done quite a lot in terms of road infrastructure, school infrastructure, payment of promotion arrears for civil servants; even as he has also given special attention to health infrastructure because it is good for us.
“As Special Adviser on Community Development, I can boldly tell you today that Governor Sheriff Oborevwori is the ‘Best thing that has happened to Delta’, and our people quite appreciate all the Governor has done this past two years.
“No doubt, governance is now better appreciated by Deltans because His Excellency’s MORE for all and the ADVANCING performances within just two years in the heilm of affairs is incredible, mind blowing and laudable.
“I have no doubt in me that deltans will live to continuously testify that Governor Sheriff Oborevwori will be remarkably remembered for the lasting legacies he’s achieved thus far and that which he’s still going to achieve in the nearest future.
“Your Excellency, on behalf of my family, the staffs and political appointees at the Office of the Special Adviser on Community Development, I heartily congratulate you on this remarkable two years of success in peace, stability, unity and development across Delta. We are proud that your reign is not only timely, but has equally given MORE to Deltans.
“It’s our earnest prayers to God Almighty that He, God Almighty, continue to water your exceptional leadership prowess that has enabled you to govern the state over the past two years”, Agbolayah prayed.
