CEDAR IMPACT GROUP CELEBRATES 5TH ANNIVERSARY

•Journey to the Unprecedented: Expanding the frontiers of breeding great destines.

It was with in-depth gratitude to God that Cedar Impact Group celebrated her 5th year of existence. An impactful and worthwhile milestone set to raising breeds; with optimum potentials, and excellence. It has been five years of building, training, and raising. Cedar Impact Group is an inclusive community comprising individuals from diverse backgrounds, age groups, and genders. While the group has specialized wings, such as the Sisters’ Wing and Teens’ Wing, catering to specific needs, it remains a vibrant and eclectic community. A key aspect of the group’s mission is providing continuous learning and development opportunities. Through its regular training sessions, workshops, and seminars, CEDAR Impact Group equips its members with valuable skills, knowledge, and expertise, empowering them to reach their full potential.

In an expedition of this kind, one often wouldn’t know how one could brave some tough times, but God is owed a prodigious debt of gratitude for the great strides achieved.

Cedar Impact Group has been making a profound impact in the lives of individuals and communities through its various initiatives. One notable example is the Sisters’ Wing, which has been empowering women to reach their full potential. At the 2023 Sisters’ Summit, the group extended its kindness to those in need by visiting an orphanage and this visit was made even more special with the distribution of gifts to the children, bringing joy and smiles to their faces. Furthermore, in subsequent events, the group has continued to empower its members through various programs, including skill acquisition training in different modern complex skills.

The Teens Wing has also been actively engaging young people through its annual convergences, counseling sessions, mentorship programs, and self-discovery sessions. These initiatives have been instrumental in shaping the minds and characters of the younger generation.

Through its programs and activities, CEDAR Impact Group has demonstrated its commitment to transforming lives, fostering personal growth, and promoting community development. As the group continues to expand its reach and impact, it remains dedicated to its mission of empowering individuals to reach their full potential.

We have always valued our humbling moments as preface to the transitioning. It is not just a cast into uncertain venture, for us it is a test of resolve to build a unique and transformative system. We have now reached a point where we are not just ashore. We are rather afloat the possibility, despite starting from the entrance of ambiguity and uncertainty.

We have a lot of people to thank and acknowledge for the challenges, optimism, immense labour, ideas, support and the time given freely. It is even worthy of note the selfless contributions received from Megastar Media.

We celebrated our 5th Year Anniversary in a reflective and gratitude styled approach. The emergence of fresh upstaging flight ways makes it merrier.

As the group steps into a new phase, we are excited to share that our organization is evolving! The model is still within the context of our mandate to advance our course towards talent and potential breeding, community impact, work productivity, leverage support and management of human asset, skill empowerment and a new superior thought order which promotes capacity and excellence.

The step forward will see a new swing directing us to switch on fresh organizational set up: combining quality staffing structure, not merely membership and search for viable partnerships to drive our new frontier.

Our fresh organizational setup will maximize a quality staffing structure, with a newly tailored membership categorization system backed by strategic partnerships to drive our new frontier. All these are dipped in a more systemic approach valuing expertise, competence and character. In the year 2025, there will be a manifest of many significant projects in the course of this trajectory.

We are taking more dogged steps to accomplish the objectives of this assignment and our nation shall surely have a good benefit of same.
