BEN TV UK Chairman Mourns Sunday Olatuyi

Mentoring Cmdt. Amb. Alistair, Chairman of BEN TV UK, has extended condolences to the family and colleagues of Sunday Olatuyi, a former BEN TV cameraman who lost his life in a tragic accident in Abuja on Dec 20.

BEN TV boss described Sunday as a well dedicated media professional, passionate about storytelling and committed to excellence. “We mourn his loss and stand with his loved ones,” he said.

Olatuyi had worked with BEN TV before joining ADBN TV was killed in a tragic accident at Lugbe Bus Stop, Abuja, on Dec 20, 2025. He was hit by a Toyota Corolla (ABUJA RBC 128 AM) driven recklessly.

Also, Nigerian Union of Journalist (NUJ) FCT Council mourns his loss, demanding prosecution of the driver. “Justice must not only be done but must also be seen to be done,” they stated.

Olatuyi leaves behind a wife, 7-month-old daughter Eniola, and his mother. Colleagues describe him as dedicated and passionate about storytelling.
