Today the Founder of the Proposed STARS University in company of Ex Soccer Stars Internationals Victor Ikpeba and Austine Egwavoen paid a courtesy call on the Delta State Governor H.E Sen. Arthur Ifeanyi Okowa. The reason for their visit was to brief the governor on the level of job done so far on the site of the University as well as present Academic report, environmental impact assessment and a detailed master plan of the proposed university.
Also part of the delegation include; SSA to the Delta State Governor on Health Monitoring Dr Michael Nwoko and Assistant PDP Treasurer Him. Rita Daniels.
