FG partners Harmony Gardens to unveil Renewed Hope Estate for Nigerians in Diaspora
Harmony Gardens, a popular Lagos-based real estate heavyweight, has sealed an impressive relationship with the Federal Government of Nigeria to build 1,000 modern duplexes at Lekki Aviation Town.
This project on housing is meant to serve as help for middle-income Nigerians living in foreign lands who are willing to invest in affordable, sustainable and top-quality houses back home. It falls under President Tinubu’s Renewed Hope Agenda and will be sponsored by the Federal Mortgage Bank of Nigeria (FMBN) to prove FG’s readiness to aid home ownership among citizens.
President Tinubu will perform the official groundbreaking on the 29th of May, 2025, and he intends for the partnership to show how his government keeps working tirelessly towards diaspora inclusion and infrastructure expansion.
Harmony Gardens chairman, Mogaji Wole Arisekola already confirmed that ₦106 billion is the total amount invested to make the collaboration a success, while the company’s Executive Managing Director, Hon. Abdullahi Saheed Mosadoluwa added that Harmony Gardens will roll out a one-of-a-kind Ibile Traditional Mortgage Scheme.
According to him, the scheme will allow Nigerians at home and abroad to rent-to-own homes on a single-digit annual interest rate for up to two decades, and citizens can rest assured that they’ll be getting top value for their money because of the solid reputation Harmony Gardens has earned over the years.
Hon. Abdullahi Saheed revealed that a company that has overseen the completion of 7 prestigious estates across Nigeria, including GranVille Estate, The Parliament, Majestic Bay, Harmony Casa, and the flagship Lekki Aviation Town, should not just be trusted, but respected as well.
The Renewed Hope Estate will guarantee futuristic infrastructure, green areas, top-grade finishes, effective security systems, and quality drainage, raising the bar very high for residential developments in Lagos State. It will also be providing more than 5,000 direct and indirect employment opportunities, thereby enhancing the construction and logistics sectors greatly.
As President Tinubu’s government partners with the best developers and international consultants to bring the developmental project to life as soon as possible, Harmony Gardens is simultaneously proving why it is a worthy force to reckon with in the Nigerian real estate industry.
